به گزارش روز شنبه پایگاه اطلاع رسانی پلیس به نقل از اداره اجتماعی سازمان وظیفه عمومی ناجا، سردار 'ابراهیم كریمی ' در گفت و گویی افزود: طرح تعویض كارت های قدیمی معافیت و پایان خدمت با كارت هوشمند از اول دی ماه 1390با تعویض كارت های قدیمی معافیت برای متقاضیان داخل كشور با اعلام اولویت بندی از سوی این سازمان آغاز شد.

وی گفت: هم اكنون با هماهنگی های صورت گرفته متقاضیان ایرانی مقیم خارج از كشور نیز می توانند برای تعویض كارت قدیمی معافیت خود با كارت هوشمند به سفارت و یا نمایندگی های دولت جمهوری اسلامی ایران در كشور محل اقامت خود مراجعه كنند و همچنین تعویض كارت های پایان خدمت قدیمی با كارت هوشمند برای این دسته از متقاضیان نیز در صورت اعلام فراخوان انجام خواهد شد.

كریمی یادآور شد همچنین در سال جاری به منظور رفاه حال ایرانیان مقیم خارج از كشور نحوه رسیدگی به درخواست المثنی كارت های معافیت و پایان خدمت آنان نیز تغییركرده و متقاضیان یاد شده می توانند با مراجعه به سفارت و یا نمایندگی دولت جمهوری اسلامی ایران در كشور محل اقامت خود نسبت به ارایه درخواست خود اقدام كنند.

جانشین سازمان و ظیفه عمومی ناجا، ادامه داد: پس از تایید برگه های احراز هویت و انجام اقدامات لازم از سوی سفارت و یا نمایندگی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، همه مدارك از طریق وزارت امور خارجه به سازمان وظیفه عمومی ارسال می شود و متعاقبا كارت های هوشمند صادره از طریق آن وزارت به منظور تحویل به متقاضیان به سفارت یا نمایندگی مربوطه ارسال خواهدشد.

'محمود شالویی' روز جمعه در گفت وگو با خبرنگار گروه فرهنگی ایرنا افزود: اجرای قانون اختصاص یك دهم درصد بودجه دستگاه ها و نهادهای دولتی برای خرید آثار هنری، مانند همه قوانین دیگر كشور الزامی است.

وی گفت: همانطور كه همه نهادهای دولتی باید مصوبات مجلس را به خوبی اجرا كنند و درمورد چگونگی اجرا و یا عدم اجرای آن توضیح دهند، قانون خرید آثار هنری نیز دارای ساز و كار قانونی است.

مدیر دفتر هنرهای تجسمی افزود: علاوه بر مفاد آیین نامه كه از دستگاه های دولتی خواسته است تا جمع بندی و گزارش سالانه اجرای قانون خرید آثار هنری را به دولت ارسال كنند، مركز هنرهای تجسمی نیز طی نامه هایی از این نهادها خواسته است تا پیش از تیر ماه گزارش ار اجرایی شدن این قانون را به دفتر ارسال كنند.

وی درمورد فعالیت های مركز هنرهای تجسمی در سال 91 گفت: برگزاری سه دوسالانه خوشنویسی، عكاسی و كاریكاتور در بهار سال آینده، مهمترین فعالیت های این بخش تجسمی است كه بطور قطع با جدیت دنبال می شوند. ضمن آنكه اكسپوی بزرگ هنری نیز در سال آینده برپا خواهد شد.

شالویی، برگزاری 47 رویداد هنری در سال 90 را نشان دهنده فعالیت های گسترده در بخش هنرهای تجسمی دانست و گفت: برگزاری بیش از چهار دوسالانه تجسمی، برپایی جشنواره هنرهای تجسمی كودك ونوجوان، جشنواره جوانان گرگان در كنار برپایی جشنواره 'طواف تا ولایت' و انواع نمایشگاه های مختلف هنری، گوشه ای از فعالیت های هنری در سال 90 است.

وی به ارزیابی چهارمین جشنواره هنرهای تجسمی فجر پرداخت و گفت: این رویداد هنری گسترده تر از دوره های گذشته برگزار شد و همچنان سیر صعودی خود را سپری می كند.

به گفته شالویی، این جشنواره مطابق برنامه ریزی های صورت گرفته برگزار شد و حتی در بخش هایی نیز چند گام جلوتر از انتظارات عمل كرد.

شالویی یادآور شد: آحاد جامعه هنری با علاقه و اشتیاق از سراسر كشور به این رویداد هنری پرداختند و باعث هرچه باشكوه تر برگزار شدن جشنواره هنرهای تجسمی فجر شدند.

شالویی درباره عدم اختصاص جایزه 50 سكه ای بخش بیداری اسلامی به برگزیده این بخش توضیح داد: انتقادهایی كه پس از اختتامیه جشنواره چهارم تجسمی رخ داد، به نظرم نوعی سوءتفاهم و سوءبرداشت بود و طی یك فرصت مقتضی، به تفصیل درباره آن توضیح خواهم داد.

وی ادامه داد: ضمن آنكه این جایزه به جای یك نفر بین چندین نفر تقسیم شد و حتی شاید به لحاظ ارزش مالی، بیش از 50 سكه برای برگزاركنندگان جشنواره هزینه داشت. بنابراین اظهار نظر در خصوص آنكه این جایزه اهدا نشده، صحیح نیست، بلكه انتقاد به نحوه توزیع آن است.

به گزارش روز یكشنبه خبرنگار گروه فرهنگی ایرنا 'حمید شاه‌آبادی' در مراسم اختتامیه نخستین جشنواره مد ولباس فجر كه در تالار وحدت برگزار شد، اظهار داشت: موضوع مد و لباس یك امر مرتبط با آراسته‌پوشی است كه ریشه‌اش به عفاف و حجاب باز می گردد.

وی ادامه داد: اگر موضوع عفاف و حجاب همواره در دستور كار مسئولین قرار می‌گیرد، بدین دلیل است كه حفظ این مسئله در ذات مردم مسلمان ما وجود دارد.

این مقام مسوول با بیان اینكه مسئولین باید در برابر این مسئله پاسخگو باشند،اضافه كرد: امنیت اجتماعی و روانی از جمله حقوق مردم است كه فراهم كردنش نیاز به تمهیداتی از سوی متولیان دارد.

به گفته معاون امورهنری وزیر فرهنگ و ارشاد ،همه افراد باید در قبال این مسئله رعایت كنند، چرا كه هنجارشكنی فردی نیز حریم اجتماع را به هم می‌زند.

شاه آبادی به استقبال جوانان از نخستین جشنواره مد و لباس فجر اشاره كرد و اظهار داشت: این امر نشانگر علایق و باورهای نیروهای جوان و طراحان و مد و لباس نسبت به باورهای دینی است.

وی تصریح كرد كه قانون مدو لباس تنها منحصر به بانوان و لباس نیست بلكه راه‌های زیادی برای انجام كار خواهد داشت.

'كیوان سهرابی' دبیر نخستین جشنواره مد و لباس فجر نیز در آیین اختتامیه این جشنواره گفت: مقصود از این جشنواره مدگرایی و اصراف یا خودنمایی نیست بلكه ترویج یك نشانه یا نقش هنری در پوشش اقشار جامعه است به طوریكه بر گرفته از دین و آیینمان باشد.

مراسم اختتامیه نخستین جشنواره مدو لباس فجر روزشنبه20 اسفند ماه راس ساعت 18 در تالار وحدت برگزار شد.

این جشنواره تخصصی به منظور ارائه طرح های برتر و الگو دهی در حوزه لباس با بهره گیری از شاخصه های فرهنگ اسلامی ایرانی از 11 تا 18 اسفند در سالن حجاب كانون پرورش فكری كودكان و نوجوانان برپا شده بود.

تیم ایران در ده بازی‌ با مربیگری کارلوش کی‌روش شکست نخورده است

کارلوش کی‌روش، سرمربی تیم ملی فوتبال ایران، گفته در بازی مقابل قطر دنبال پیروزی و سرگروهی است.

در آخرین بازی مرحله دوم انتخابی جام جهانی، تیم ملی ایران فردا (۲۹ فوریه) در ورزشگاه آزادی میزبان قطر خواهد بود. سرمربی تیم ملی ایران در نشست خبری پیش از مسابقه گفت: "از تیم قطر شناخت خوبی داریم. چند بازی اخیر آنها را هم بررسی کرده‌ایم. آمادگی تیم ما کامل دارد".

آقای کی‌روش افزود: "با اینکه دغدغه صعود نداریم، اما دنبال پیروزی هستیم تا به عنوان سرگروه به مرحله بعد برویم". کی‌روش اظهار امیدواری کرده که از این بازی استقبال خوبی شود و تماشاگرانی زیادی به ورزشگاه آزادی بیایند.

او درباره پیوستن اشکان دژاگه به تیم ملی ایران گفت: "به اشکان دژاگه خوش‌آمد می‌گویم. او هم مانند دیگر بازیکنان است. برای من تیم مهم است".

کفاشیان: ظاهر دژاگه مشکلی ندارد

اشکان دژاگه برای نخستین بار در تیم ملی ایران حضور یافته است

اشکان دژاگه، بازیکن ولفسبورگ آلمان، برای بازی مقابل قطر به ایران آمده است.

او ۲۵ ساله است و سابقه بازی در مقطع نوجوانان و جوانان در تیم ملی آلمان را دارد. بحث حضور دژاگه در تیم ملی ایران برای مدتی مطرح بود و اگر او فردا در بازی مقابل قطر به میدان برود، اولین بازی ملی او برای ایران خواهد بود.

بحث ظاهر بازیکنان فوتبال در ایران که همواره چالش برانگیز بوده، با حضور اشکان دژاگه در تیم ملی ایران دوباره مطرح شده است.

علی کفاشیان، رئیس فدراسیون فوتبال ایران، در مورد خالکوبی‌های روی دست اشکان دژاگه گفته: "فعلا دژاگه مطلب خاصی ندارد و مسائل را رعایت می‌کند. بازيكنانی هم كه قبلا منشوری بودند روی مسائل اخلاقی ديگری منشوری شدند. اشكان دژاگه اضافه شده تا تيم ملی قوی‌تری داشته باشیم".

آقای کفاشیان بازی فردا مقابل قطر را از این نظر مهم دانست که در سرگروهی و رتبه ایران در رده بندی جهانی موثر است.

'ادوارد شواردنادزه' وزیر خارجه اتحاد جماهیر شوروی پاسخ 'میخائیل گورباچف' رییس ‌جمهوری كشورش به نامه مورخ 11 دی ماه 1367 امام راحل، را درحسینیه جماران در حضور امام قرائت كرد. امام در نامه خود گورباچف را از فروپاشی نظام كمونیستی در شوروی آگاه كرده بودند.
